Capacity offer supplement: October 6, 2026

These terms govern access to Qrious, operated by Radulescu D Stefan-Radu PFA, CUI 55429019. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your email and authentication codes, and activity performed through your account.

QR codes and uploaded content

You must own or have permission to publish every destination, text, logo and file used with Qrious. Content involving malware, fraud, impersonation, illegal material, privacy violations or deceptive redirects is prohibited. Qrious may disable abusive QR codes or accounts.

Plans and limits

The capacity offer includes Free, Plus, Pro and Max with the prices and limits shown on the pricing page. Dynamic QR capacity counts all saved dynamic QR codes. Destination edits do not consume generations; deleting a QR frees capacity. Free monthly export and static-tool allowances reset in UTC. Paid exports and static tools have no commercial monthly quota, but technical abuse protections apply.

Files, logos, images and pending upload reservations share the storage allowance. Files in use are not automatically deleted. Existing continuous paid subscriptions retain their original offer and benefits unless you explicitly accept a migration. Resubscribing after a subscription ends uses the current offer.

Business is not available for purchase yet. A Contact sales request is an enquiry only and does not create a subscription, change capacity or authorize a payment.

Payments and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, according to the billing period chosen at checkout, through Stripe until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Cancellation and plan downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period; current paid features remain available until then. Upgrades may take effect immediately after confirmation. Payment methods and invoices are managed through Stripe.

Trial and refunds

The optional Plus trial lasts 7 days, requires no card and does not renew into a paid subscription. It covers a maximum of 3 dynamic QR codes in total, with Free storage limits. Accounts already above the limit may allocate existing codes only. Deleting a trial code does not restore a trial allocation. A commercial 14-day full-refund guarantee applies to your first successful Plus, Pro or Max payment. Cancellation alone does not request a refund. See the Refund policy for eligibility and how to request a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Availability and changes

We maintain the service and may make changes needed for security, legal compliance or technical compatibility. Changes beyond those necessary to maintain conformity require a valid reason and must comply with applicable law, including required notice on a durable medium and any right to terminate without charge. These terms do not give us an unrestricted right to reduce features or limits during a paid billing period.

Liability

You are responsible for testing QR codes before printing or distributing them. Third-party destinations, networks and user-provided content may be outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer remedies, including bringing a digital service into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination where applicable.

Saved QR codes after cancellation

Saved QR codes, their saved designs and scan history remain intact after trial expiry, cancellation or a full refund. Paid features end at the applicable expiry or confirmed refund; Free limits apply to future edits and exports. This does not prevent action against unlawful or abusive content.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Qrious may suspend access for security threats, non-payment or serious violations. Existing legal and accounting obligations survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by Romanian law, with mandatory consumer rights preserved. Disputes should first be raised through the Contact page or by email at stefan@qrious.now.
